YODA Playing Tuba (JPEG file)

Post by jjelwood »

Hey Tubenet,

I used to have a jpeg of Yoda playing a silver tuba and I can't find it.
If anyone has that file could they send it to me?

Thanks

I believe I was the original "artist" of those pictures when I was a sophomore in college in 1999. It's funny how far my doodling has spread. Here's what I dug up from my archives.

Very advanced tuba design. Sheet brass stays Monette style:

HA!! Yeah that one was done before I zoomed in and used the eraser tool to erase the whitespace of the top layer to reveal what is underneath. I wish I had done that to the Luke's Lesson picture, but by the time I realized that I didn't do that, I had already merged all of the layers to a single image and saved my work. Looking back I suppose I could have taken the original picture, layered the lesson on top and used the eraser tool in the same fashion. Of course I'm 30 and had 11 years to become wiser.

Here's another pic I did. I got Jim Self's permission before I originally published this one.

Photoshop is fun, but there are a lot of tricks!

here is one I did a while back - no idea who the player is, but I have seen his picture around a few times.

Was that elephone cut by Bob Tusk?
