Even though I generally ignore reviews that call a trombone 'dark and orchestral' regardless of who writes it, that ending bit is quite a good read. 
Is he selling the notes? I think not. Someone better contact all the people who review Chevrolets, Fords,....!!!!
I got a similar response when asking about G----- bass trumpets last year at Midwest (I would think a piston bass trumpet would be one of the easiest horns to chop an inch or so out of).
