Recommend a good podcatcher? (not iTunes)

I am trying not to use iTunes. Any other recommendations to automatically download subscribed podcasts as they become available?

I did try Juice and ZIE Pod, but found the interfaces not too user friendly. Maybe I shouldn't install and try new programs late at night when I am tired.

EDIT: This would be running on VISTA, meh.
