A couple rippers topped with Rutt's own mustard relish...there's just not a thing in the world like 'em.

Also, Shake Shack burgers. Originally it was just one location in Madison Square Park in Manhattan, they've expanded a bit and even have one in Miami. The absolute best burger I've ever had (and yes, I've had Five Guys and In-N-Out).

Very solid burger. Not sure about best ever, but I've never complained! The shakes are good too!

Also, Halal Guys at 53rd and 6th. Looks like every other Halal cart in the city, except for the line that's half a block long. It's been too long since I've gone... :)

Any of the three or four clam shacks in Ipswitch, Mass. The clams are dug up not 100 yards from the point of sale.

Our family favorite:

The Loving Hut. It's a whole-foods, vegan centered fast food type place that's just breaking into the market.

Fresh, delicious, quality ingredients, low prices.

Um... yeah.. that *IS* junk food. Some fried... all delicious! But, also "rare", as it's a small chain.

If we're talking straight up "junk" food, we dig "Almond Dream" ice cream bites, and have a serious weak spot for double stuffed Oreos.

Heh, whoops, whaddya know. :) There's one here in the city, so maybe I'll check it out sometime. I should have known better though -- vegan/vegetarian does NOT mean healthy (I'm not a vegan/vegetarian by any means, but LOVE avocados. They are good for you, but too many will certainly add on some pound!). My bad.
