Post by tubaman1019 »

Trying to find some new piston springs for my 1292. Ive been looking on the yamaha website but haven't been able to find them. Can anyone post a link where I could find them? Really appreciate it! :D

I think the spring you probably want is Yamaha part number H1141070. ... the springs Yamaha specifies for their Eb and BBb piston tubas. These things work GREAT in King 1240/41 and 2340/41 tubas. I also have them in my Mirafone 1291 and just about everything else I own that will work with that short & light spring.
