I have not tried the Hirsbrunner, but I have played both the Willson 3100 and Miraphone 1291, both 5 valve BBb instruments. I found the Miraphone much more comfortable to hold, and easier to play. I also preferred the sound of the 1291 to that of the Willson. Of course you should try for yourself, but it's definitely worth trying the Miraphone 1291, preferrably side by side with the Willson.
