It looks like a Cormorant to me they live in trees and eat fish, eals .... Just a guess Bloke........................BB

From vast orthonolgical experience it looks like either a B1-RD or a GU11.

It's difficult to tell them apart from a still photo (especially for someone with merely-half-vast experience, like me), but if you can observe their behavior, it's easy -- B1-RDs are very serious and industrious, whereas "GU11s just wanna have fun" ... :oops:
