Did Jupiter make stencils for DEG?

Aside from the case this one looks very much like a Jupiter.

I don't think so. I know that Weril in Brazil manufactures some stuff for DEG, but I don't think that Jupiter does.

I have a Jupiter, which I play through a horn mouthpiece. This DEG looks very similar. Now I see the seller hinting, that the Jupiter is a copy of the DEG.

My two other soprano trombones are by John Grey (really a French stencil made for him) and Reynolds Frankenhorn by Harvey Hartman. Harv’s is the best.

I will have to look whether Weril makes soprano sliders also.

Appears like my suspicion the DEG really is a Jupiter wasn’t too far off.
