So aside from the obvious things gleaned from the orchestra's website, does anybody know anything about this job? Salary etc?

From what I've notcied myself, it appears that over seas employers prefer candidates that already have work permits on hand. These documents have to be obtained and verified depending on the country you seek employment into. Our department of Homeland Security & US Immigration might be of some help. But as I said, some countries require their own work permits for their own specific standards. Hope this helps some.
