Hello Listers,
Just wanted to let you all know of a change that is taking place. My one to two year temp replacement teaching job at Juilliard (which has gone on 8 years) will end with this academic school year. It is a great school and has been wonderful to me. The students there have always been top quality. I will continue to keep teaching the tuba studio at the Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore, but after about 240 Amtrak trips to New York I am ready to slow down a bit.
I hope you will all join me in congratulating Alan Baer on his appointment to the post. Al is needless to say a great player and teacher!
