There's a chance that the piston will free up when the braces are taken off. If so... once the lower mouthpipe is straightened out and the braces put back on... the horn might be good to go. Hope you make TubaChristmas.

Have a great time at tuba Christmas! Sorry that there was so much stress involved but that horn looks awesome. I'm sure it will play beautifully when the dent is taken out.
