Who didn't expect that? Capel has nothing to work with this year. We'll be lucky to get an NIT invite.

Oh, I know it's not a big thing. I just figured this was really about that other sport that warms up the fans while we wait for basketball to start. It's sometimes perversely fun to stick something about the roundball into such discussions.Homerun wrote:Who didn't expect that? Capel has nothing to work with this year. I love college basketball, but it embarrasses me to be an OU fan this year...

Agreed - one last hurah for the Big 8 and Big 12 rivalry. And we all know Texas is the reason y'all are leaving, so it's only fitting that we both get to waive from a bowl game while they sit and home.cktuba wrote:The last Big 12 championship game, as it should be. NU/OU... GO BIG RED!
No matter how it turns out I will miss the rivalry. I wish we played each other every year, like the old days. There has always been the desire to win that game and good natured joking... But also respect for the opponent and between the two fan bases.
Bring it Sooners... Let's have one last great game before the party is over.
