Brilliant! Though you've got it all wrong, it's not to annoy them, it's to let them really appreciate how good a tuba really sounds. Maybe though I'll buy one for their kids and arrange it to show up with Santa under their tree....

Well, yes, but if my neighbors thought that way, they wouldn't come over and ask me to stop practicing every weekend :)

I bought six of these things two years ago for $30 each and donated them to a local symphony educational program to introduce kids to music instruments. The actually don't play bad.
