I completely agree with you, Bloke. It seems that the Hokey Pokey and the Chicken Dance are simply easy targets. We all know there are many other tunes which are simply overplayed.

The one I got the sickest of the fastest was "I love New York" which was a composing contest back in 1982 or so.
