Best of the Best --- Tuba Quartet Music?

Dear fellow tubists, & euphoniumists,

I am starting to build up a quartet library, and am interested in people's MOST favorite compositions, and arrangements.

I am looking for pieces that are great arrangements, and have proven to be very successful with audiences.

Anything (original or arrangment) by Mike Forbes is a guaranteed winner, as are those by John Stevens.

Original tunes by Thom Ritter George and Peter Smalley are good bets, as are the arrangments in the TubaEuphonium Press catalogue bye Gail Robertson and those under the Melton Quartet Series.

There are tons of others I've not mentioned in this off the cuff response, but this'll get you started.

Mike Forbes is fairly prolific and does good stuff.

All of the British Tuba Quartet publications are great. Very hard, but worth the effort.

Dennis mentioned Peter Smalley- check out his "Glyder Landscape", tough stuff in there but worth it.

I looked around the internet, but had trouble locating some of the titles. Any idea where to get these arrangements?

"Tubamobile" is a favorite one of mine by Thom Ritter George. It's really a crowd pleaser and it's not quite as hard as it sounds.
