1933 Boosey & Hawkes Eb tuba 3TP converted to left hand by Neil Edwards 2011
Via the UK eBay I got connected with Neil Edward of Preston in Lancashire. Neil restores old brasses to playability. He often converts Bb trumpets to C. On the request of a friend with the right hand going out of use he converted a sample of the forerunner of the small B&H Regent Eb tuba to be played with the left hand. As Neil said, this could not have been done with a compensating instrument. I always find it encouraging when instruments can be adapted to let players continue playing despite handicaps.

Nice job.
I can't tell you how many times I've been asked for a left handed flute at my work...
