The Bride and I are going on cruise to the Anarctic and Faulkland islands next January-----------think I will take Tuba along when I step on land(excuse me-----Ice) . It will be the only chance I will ever have to be the number one tubist on a Continent.

Tomorrow Alte Kamaraden play music from the Buffalo Bill Wild West show at the Buffalo Bill Historical Center in Cody Wyoming. It is the birthday of Buffalo Bill and we will be celebrating in fine style.

For those of you trying to monitor the whereabouts of the LoyalTubist, he has been stuck in Manila since January 9. About a month before this, he got robbed (lost everything, including passport). After that fiasco got cleared he has had problems (not financial or romantic problems) which have caused him to remain in a cheap hotel for almost two months.

If you are a praying person, please pray for him.

Be careful, Lithium gas may increase wind velosity in Central USA! Or at least make you think the wind velosity has increased.

TURKEYS ARE THE ANSWER! I've been searching for years for a way to slow these soccer mom mini-vans down on these curvy suburban two lane roads. The answer is to appeal to the animal rights center of their right brain. They won't consistanly slow down for speed limits, warning signs, kids in the road or threat of police with ticket books, but they will stop for turkeys. Who would have thought it could be so simple. Turkeys.
