In the baseball movie, Long Gone, William Petersen is batting, and taunts the pitcher with,
"I never said your sister spilled orange juice on her nipples, I just said they tasted that way."

Re: Best Movie Line Ever
I can't believe this line hasn't been posted yet:
"A man has got to know his limitations."
Of course, another classic I thought would have been posted already hasn't been posted yet, either:
"Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn."
Casablanca has so many great lines, well, the whole movie script could be posted. But in these words, "Play it again, Sam," is actually not one of them. It's a conflagration of at different times Rick and Ilsa separately asking Sam to play "As Time Goes By."
And probably not great, but an integral part of movie culture:
"Bond, James Bond."

Re: Best Movie Line Ever
I don't know that I can pick just one. I guess my first one is the most classic and will be carried on forever.
2001
"I'm sorry Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that."
Tommy Boy
"Richard? Who's your favorite Little Rascal? Is it Alfalfa.......or is it.....Spanky?"
Not a movie, but an epic TV show...LOST
"I'm chained to a tree in a jungle of mystery."
Space Balls
"Is that the Radar?"
"No.....that's the Mr. Coffee."
A Christmas Story
"You used ALLLLL the glue.....on purpose!!"
Princess Bride
"Ha ha you fool!! You've fallen for one of the classic blunders. The most classic of which is 'never fight a land war in Asia,' but only slightly less well known is this 'never go in against a Sicilian when DEATH is on the line.'"
Storm of the Century
"Give me what I want and I will go away."

Re: Best Movie Line Ever
Not the best at all, but I feel oddly compelled to post it:
"Ah yes. this is what it's all about. Total control now. Tooling along the main drag on a Saturday night in Las Vegas, two good old boys in a fireapple-red convertible ... stoned, ripped, twisted... Good People."

Re: Best Movie Line Ever
OK, I'm a Beatles fan.
From Hard Day's Night:
The entire "press conference" scene is repartee worthy of Abbott & Costello.
From Help:
"With a ring like that I could - dare I say it? - rule the world!"
Yellow Submarine:
"I've got a hole in me pocket."
