Some ideas?

Post by Virtuoso »

Hey guys--I just got 4 ginormous supermagnets in the mail and am trying to come up with ideas of cool (stupid) things to do with them.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Hmmm. Since each one exerts 200-300 lbs of force...I'm not so sure I want two of them near any part of me at the same time. Big pinch=ow. Still, should be fun to see their effect on cathode-ray screens. Might trash an old monitor.

The one concern with eating it...is that I'd have to stop my habit of leaning on all the steel beams that are around campus.

Free Energy? well, golly! I've been paying for it thus far.

I have concocted a plan which at the moment only involves 3000 paper clips, string, pulleys, and a cat.
