I think that it's Rampone Cazzani (translated or typo). Major firm in in Italy for decades in days of yore. My simple-system flute is made by them. Well made, but only an adequate performer.
The recent Dillon Contrabass was sold as "Italy". Did you see the bell up close? I was curious (tried to buy it but it was already sold!).
Handsome instrument, however! There's a 3 valve upright rotary Euph by them also on ebay lately... the damaged bell has prevented its sale.

It really the name is that Rampone Cazzani
With respect to Tuba sold in Dillon, I remember that I had asked for the Matt on the mark of the tuba and he told me that there were multiple inscriptions and one was written Rampone Cazzani.
