Root menu music on Tuba Profondo DVD (Roger Bobo).

Hey guys, IF you have the Tuba Profondo DVD by Roger Bobo, then could you tell me the piece that's playing in the background of the 'Root Menu' of the DVD? Not the one at the Main Menu, which is (Schubert's Serenade).

I just can't remember the tittle of the piece, saw it somewhere before. .
