Sunday at the Village Vanguard and Waltz for Debby were recorded live, in what turned out to be the final public performance of Bill Evans (piano), Scott LaFaro (bass), and Paul Motian (drummer) as the Bill Evans Trio.

This sounds like it's going to be part of a Smothers Brothers routine:snorlax wrote:Today, June 25, marks the 50th anniversary of a world-famous musical event.
Who knows what it was?.
Dick: "The Pilgrims landed at a very famous spot. I think you should mention that spot."
Tom: "San Diego!"

There are 3 important "B's" in music history on the planet----------------Bach, Beethoven, and Bloke. Only the latter was sucessful in transforming a BB Serpent into a CC Serpent.Bob Kolada wrote:Good one sir!Brown Mule wrote:Bloke was born.
