Thoughts on Libby Larsen's "Ursa" Concerto?

I'm in the music buying mode right now, and I'm curious to hear any impressions anyone might have of Libby Larsen's "Ursa" Concerto. I see that it was written for this year's Falcone competition, so I would assume that some people out there have already worked on the piece. If anyone has played or heard the piece, please do let me know what you thought of it!
