Somehow, the concepts of "tuba" and "tweet" seem to me to be mutually exclusive.

If you really want to make it like a Tweet (i.e., good and unreadable...), you need to call yourself @bloke, and then add all kinds of garbage hashtags like #tuba #meinl-weston #melton throughout your post. Use terrible grammar (no conjunctions or pronouns) and add some sort of bit.ly link in there too.
