- Many available on the used market
- Relatively inexpensive
- Decades since production
- Delivers a lot of sound
- Difficult to find original parts
- Many variants in circulation (some worth much more than others)

Almost broke my arm patting myself on the back. Just fixed my ailing Samsung TV for $2.34 worth of capacitors and an hour of my time. Techie wanted $300. New circuit board from Samsung $147. It used to take up to an hour to finally start after turning it on. Now it's first time everytime! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
I am fortunate to have a great job that feeds my family well, but music feeds my soul.
