I think the larger one is a tuba mouthpiece, but I could not find anywhere what it is on the internet....

yes it is, but it is a WEIRD Tuba mouthpiece. I own one of those.
It doesn't have a standard shank. I think it is some sort of Euro shank that is between a bass trombone mouthpiece and a Tuba mouthpiece.
The mouthpiece pictured below it is a French Trumpet mouth piece. Please don't ask me how I know...
