Re: Update Update

Post by Dan Schultz »

I'm doing a 9/11 program this afternoon titled 'A Day to Honor'... to honor veterans, active military, and emergency responders. I like the idea of honoring people who have 'given their all' to help make this country great.

However... I see very little reason to have such a celebration on this dark day in America's history. I would rather see such a gala on Veteran's Day or the like.

My televisions are off this afternoon... and will probably stay that way the rest of the day.

The remembrance of those who sacrificed, and continue to sacrifice, is still important.

Thanks goes to those who continue to fight for the freedoms we have.

Would that be what they call a "whoopie pie"?

I don't know what it is but it seems to be an "official" picture and it was stolen from the "official" website.

Got engaged last weekend. Over the past two days, my fiancé and I have attempted to compile our guest list. When I realized how many people were on it, I wanted to cry. Vegas is looking better and better...

I'm giving my Olds a bath tonight because it stinks from within. Would this be a case of Bore Odor?

I lost one of my favorite water bottles. Please be on the lookout. It was smoke gray and said California Lutheran University.

Why am I not surprised the water bottle said 'California' on it? .... the first folks in The Universe to spend more per gallon on bottled water than on gasoline!
