Escenas Latinas

Does anyone know of a US distributor of the solo tuba piece named Escenas Latinas by Enrique Crespo. I found it online through the distributor that handles all of the German Brass collections. The problem: its more to have it shipped here than the piece itself.

I know David as he owns the Yahoo based horn list. He hardly handles all day to day business himself, but as I get it he engages in some of the hard to find stuff himself.
