anyone know where to get these???

Does anyone know where to get those clips that are on clipboards not the whole board just the clip. I don't even know what they're actually called? I'm trying to make something that will attach(& also detach) to the desks of dance band stands to hold a set list. I've got a bunch of sheets of Lexan and plexiglass that I can cut into roughly 5"x7" pieces. I know there are things like this available commercially but even the cheapest is about $8 (x 10 or 12). Yeah, I know...I'm cheap.
