Boosey/Yamaha 15" and Besson 13" bell measurement?

Boosey/Yamaha 15" and Besson 13" bell measurement?
Could somebody with a 15" Boosey/Besson Imperial or 15" Yamaha YEB 321 measure the circumference of the bell where it enters the bottom bow and the length? Also, the same measurements on a 13" Besson bell?

Hello I have a Besson New Standard 15" bell Eb and the circumference is 32 cm at the joint with the bottom bow the middle of the ferule is 69cm from the bell edge.
