The accordion, or rather melodeon, looks like a Hohner "Pokerwork." Could do worse for English Morris music and the like.

Is that one of the Boehm and Meinl Yorks?

$1,801 is a lot for a fixer-upper. I paid $2011 for mine off eBay in February 2005 and it was silver plated in damn near perfect condition. This one needs lots of work, its been beat up some and the valves look a little worn. But it will be a really good playing tuba when fixed, I'll bet. Kanstul makes the upright bell for it now too!

Yes. I wish I had the nickel-silver slide tubing on my Marzan piston horn!
