Thanksgiving Obsession ???

My Thanksgiving obsession is to NOT be around anything Christmas related at all. I don't shop, I don't listen much to commercial broadcasting, I don't participate in parades that are scheduled early, no matter what the well-intentioned "good-weather" arguments. I give Thanksgiving its due.

Now, today, the day after Thanksgiving, bring it on! -- my only other obsession is that I tend to decorate in the traditional liturgical colors of purple or blue or violet and white or gold. NOT RED! I believe they do -- German ones, IIRC. On the other hand, to the best of my knowledge, urinal cakes are *not* made out of urinals, nor are pound cakes made out of British currency ...
