I have a 2009 Mercury Grand Marquis with a driver's side seatbelt that will not retract. It seems (to me, anyway) there is an extra twist in the belt as it disappears into the panel behind the driver's door. It will retract if I manually pull the belt down. Thanks for any help.
Any ideas?

Re: Seatbelt Problem
If the seatbelt return box is fairly accessible I'd open it up and look at it and get an idea of what is going on.
Momo/Inertia belts are VERY simple in operation. That said, a seatbelt is a pretty important thing. I would mess very little with it. Let a pro do it!
