Ideas on procuring a score?

I'm looking for a tune from a movie soundtrack score that would be a great kickoff piece to this year's Independence Day celebration (Bill Conti's "Marine's Hymn/Yankee Doodle" from the original "Rocky")
I couldn't find anything via Internet search, and JW Pepper came up empty.
I got voicemail at EMI, and will try again, but my hopes are waning.

I've never pursued this sort of thing before. Does anyone have suggestions of other avenues that I could explore to procure the score?
