I couldn't find this anywhere on the forum, so I thought I'd post it. I was looking for some biographical info for Rodger Vaughan tonight, and I found this obituary from the California State University-Fullerton website.

Last year I had written a letter to Rodger to ask about his "Concertpiece no. 2," and he promptly sent back a very nice letter, (complete with some errata for the score). He wrote a lot of great literature for the tuba and euphonium, and it's too bad that he had to go so suddenly.
R.I.P., Rodger Vaughan
