I tend to believe that there are few (if any) tubists who have rivaled Bobo's "artistry" as a soloist. (I don't know how to define "artistry," but it's something I recognize in Bobo that I rarely recognize in other tuba soloists.)

Funny thing, I don't really detect a french accent to his playing but I could be wrong.
