For folks who don't get to set their own hours, it is nice to have an extra hour of daylight, not separated by 8 hours in a windowless office building. Tasks like mowing a large yard can be done using only one day instead of two.
I am fortunate to have a great job that feeds my family well, but music feeds my soul.
