New case handles?

Where can I get replacement handles for a case? The D rings are still good, but as you can see from the picture below, the handles themselves are shot. Thanks for the help!

I had that type of handle on my case: the replacements never lasted more than a year or two. I gave up and wound two or three turns of nylon rope through the D-rings, then taped over it with black duct tape. Looks kind of ok (YMMV), reasonably comfortable to carry, and so far it has lasted 5 years or so, and still going strong.

How about installing something like this, either over the current metal parts or over some rope as the previous poster suggested.
