I heard that on the radio on my way home from work today. New Year's Eve won't be quite as Rockin' anymore...

I sudenly feel much older today . . .

I do admit it being a bit tough watching DC appear on recent New Year's Eve broadcasts, as his voice became slurred after the 2004 stroke. On the other hand, the guy would not give up and fought real hard to come back as best he could.

Maybe a lesson for us all . . .

We have programmed already the Elgart "Bandstand Boogie" for this weekend's gig in honor and memory.
