what are these bags for and were can I get one?????
Conn 2j Eb tuba,
Eb SARV bugle by R. Stewart,
Continental Eb/F alto,
Olds ambassador baritone,

They are to protect a a uniform from the instrument. Tuning slide grease and crude looks really bad on navy whites.
I've tried ordering some and there are not any companies that I found that make then and stock them. You best bet is to find a tailor and get one custom made. That way it will be the right size for your horn.

These are called half-covers.
When most military instruments were silver plated, these covers also saved some polishing.
As seen in this video during the opening turn into the road

the bass, euphonium, and cymbal players use sort of aprons attached to the front of their uniform jackets.
As for suppliers of half covers Phil Parker of London or McQueens of Manchester might be worth asking, if your tuba is of a British design.
