Re: What are YOU drinking right now?
I went to THE spirits store in Las Vegas (Lee's Discount) looking for Blue Light Specials (those of you in Upstate NY will know what I'm talking about). They didn't have any in, but I did see the Classic 1960's formula Schlitz. I am on #4 right now and I have to admit, this may be one of the best "drinking" beers I have had in 30 years. It used to be swill when I was in my 20's, but this is wonderful. If you want a change of pace, pick up a sixer and enjoy. I know I am.
Also saw PBR's in long neck bottles and will probably imbibe in those in a couple of weeks. AND for those of you who might remember (I broke out in a cold sweat when I saw the latter of the upcoming names) Hamm's and Buckhorn(we called it "Buck Snort" in college for MANY obvious reasons). Really!! Fact is often stranger than fiction.

Regular old tap water at the moment, but as soon as I can convince myself to get up I'm going after a Norther Reserve beer or a Big Ginger (2 Gingers irish whiskey and ginger ale).

At the moment, a Diet Coke. Later, a La Guinitas "Hop Stoopid" IPA that is 8% alcohol. My mother-in-law is visiting. Need I say more?

I may be in the minority, but Coke Zero is pretty good. Diet Coke at Sam's right now is cheaper, and being the cheap bastard that I am, I opted for price.bloke wrote:Surely most Diet Coke drinkers are those who have not tried Coke Zero...???
