Hi everyone,
I need to make an offer to someone on a Conn sousaphone (needs some mild work to be playable). I have never had to purchase a sousaphone before, so I want to make an offer that is fair to both sides (I don't want to lowball, and I don't want to overpay). Hoping to get some advice.
Pictures attached...thoughts?
Thanks!

The case, even a little beat up, is worth another $75 or so, too.
