Barnes Tuba Concerto Band Parts

Hello,
This fall I have been asked to play the James Barnes Tuba Concerto with the University of Alabama Wind Ensemble. The band parts are usually rental from Southern, but because of their closing we are having a very difficult time tracking down parts. Does anyone out there own a set, or know of a university that does, that we would be able to borrow the parts from? Thank you very much for any help anyone can offer.
