Looks like York's answer to the Conn 20J, with a different 3rd-valve loop arrangement, and it appears to have standard, rather than short-action valves.
At that price and with the hard cases included, it might be worth taking a drive if you're looking for this type of tuba.

I think this is a York 700 model with a .750 bore valve set.
Probably a great playing beast.

I'll be in Milwaukee next weekend.... soooooo tempting to ride to Minneapolis for a look if they still have it......... it's less than 400 miles.
