Moving to Mobile, Al

Post by Mwtuba32 »

I am moving to Mobile, Al in a few days, and need groups to play in. Any suggestions?

There's a community band. I don't remember what it's called, but I bet google does.
You could find a lot of chances to play during Mardi Gras as well, I suspect.

Really nice place to live. I'm thinking of going for a job I know is about to come open there because it was my favorite place I have lived since college.

Totally forgot about that! Doesn't really help the person find playing opportunities, but still cool info!

Fed up with Tuscaloosa...have been for years. I was offered a job recently that I could not turn down. I am finishing my degree via distance learning while working full-time down there.
