I've seen another video like this done in mall or train station or airport or some such place .done by an orchestera. I'm gonna go hunt it down and post here .

I think that upto the last group joining the sound was live but the chorale section sounded too good.
The crowd shots would suggest to me that sound equalled the spectacle there looked to be some knowledgeable members of the crowd who knew the score and the words and they looked happy.
The video listing shows that this was a Bank sponsored event so I think it would be safe to assume that the production company polished the footage before posting or as the luvies say "it tickled up nicely in post"

I think a Hungarian orchestra did something similar, last year there was a video on this forum.

I've seen this one before but, to me, it is still powerful. It literally brings tears to my eyes. The thought that a piece of music, written nearly 200 years ago by an eccentric who today would probably, at best, be shunned by society could exert that sort of "magnetism" is just "mind-blowing". Who says one person can't make a difference?
