Since most of my students either graduated (I loathe December graduations) or turned pro, I have quite a few openings at Columbus State University this year. We will need about 4 euphoniums and 2 tubas. Please check out the school and contact me if you have any questions.

Re: Columbus (GA) State openings
Andrew Miller is a great musician, and excellent teacher, and wonderful colleague. He's stayed hungry as a performer and as a professor, and he works tirelessly to get the most out of his students. I started my undergraduate degree with him in Boston, and learned a ton. He then won a job teaching in Michigan when I still had half of my degree program to go; he'd made such an impact on me on and my playing that when I finished my bachelor's, I had no hesitation in doing my master's with him. My playing made another huge leap forward that next year, so much so that I ended up as one of three finalists for the Alabama SO Principal Tuba position that summer...which he won. Like I said, the man stays hungry! Through the years he's never failed to give me any help he could in my career and life in general, and he remains a good friend. I still aspire to perform and mentor at his level.
I cannot recommend study with Andrew highly enough. I've never regretted it.
