Not trying to start a "what is the best mouthpiece" topic. Just curious if anyone has tried one of these and how weird was it? Odd feel? Play funny? Not really all that different after a few minutes?

Not that different after a few minutes. Not bad at all, though. Perfectly fine.

Re: "Wedge"
There are many people who have chimed in here, including myself
Yes, I own the H2, the SG, and the SJ Solo. No, they feel very comfortable. They play very well, I have found no false claims by Dr. Dave Harrison. The wedge design helps clarify/even the sound during attacks. I have found I prefer the wedge every time when compared directly to a non-wedge piece of similar design. I have done blind test with colleagues and they pick the wedge every time. I like the design so much that I have had 3 other MP's cut with this rim. Two of which I use regularly. I am contemplating getting 2 more pieces cut with this rim.
YMMV, but I don't think of it as a fad...
