It looks like a lot of negative reviews for NumPad ($5.99) for the latest upgrade (or lack of upgrade) for use on iOS6 phones. Basic stuff like login problems are not corrected.

But thanks - I will check it out later. Or I can use my old USB full keyboard...

That's a pretty slick setup, Wade! It's nice that you get to use that gear in a neat, tidy fashion. Numpads really are a lifesaver, and I've seen them built into laptop keyboards, but I think that makes the entire keyboard to compressed for space if it isn't a gargantuan laptop (that you probably don't want to be lugging around everywhere...). With Sibelius 6 on my Windows laptop, I've got a c. $9 USB numpad that's been my best buddy. I tried using a portable MIDI keyboard to speed things up, but it really just got in the way for me. I'm much quicker using the numpad in combination with the standard keyboard shortcuts. I own a 49-key controller, but I only use it for sequencing in a DAW when I want something very pianistic or to sound less mechanical (ie. humanistic variation in velocity, etc.).

If those devices hook up with WiFi rather than Bluetooth, aren’t you dependent on the presence of a router? Or is that function in the iPhone?
