From the Cervenys I have measured, most Euro shank mouthpieces should fit fairly well, but the taper is slightly different. I think the "Large shank" in your link will be too big.
The original Tilz and PT mouthpieces had the correct taper for Cerveny receivers, but they changed at some point.

I can make any of my shanks with what I think is the correct Cerveny taper.
